Our founders, Jed Davis and Bob Small have over 30 years combined search experience in the regional technology marketplace.

Bob Small is best known as the owner and highest billing recruiter for Career Network Services (CNSI), a high technology recruiting and consulting firm subsequently sold to IQ Solutions.

Jed Davis has owned a contingency search firm (AI Squared) and built the internal recruiting capabilities for RPM Consulting / eB Networks, Netplex Solutions and most recently served as Chief Human Capitalist for TidePoint Corporation.
